Women's Leadership Council Fill Backpacks

Several UWWC Women’s Leadership Council volunteers gathered in August to fill backpacks for the children in the Family Care Program at Texas Baptist Children’s Home. The Women’s Leadership Council focuses on empowering women through initiatives that improve their lives and the lives of their family members in the areas of education, income and health. Members of the UWWC Women’s Leadership Council meet regularly for networking, volunteering and supporting local programs that support women and their families.
