What to Bring

  • Print and complete the required forms prior to your appointment. Make copies of your documents to expedite the duration of your appointment.
  • Photo ID for taxpayer (and spouse if married filing joint return) both spouses must be present at drop-off and pick-up (REQUIRED)
  • Social Security card and/or ITIN cards and birth dates for taxpayer, spouse and all dependents listed on the return (REQUIRED)
  • Copy of all income statements: W-2 and 1099, Social Security Benefits Statement and/or other sources of income (REQUIRED)
  • Form 1095-A (health insurance statements) (REQUIRED if you bought your health insurance through the Marketplace)
  • Amount of Economic Stimulus Payments received during the first and second round of payments (if any)
  • Information for all deductions/credits
  • Total paid to day care provider and their tax ID number
  • Copy of last year’s return (if you filed). Important if you received or qualify for Earned Income Credit
  • For direct deposit or direct debit if you owe, bring a copy of a voided check

  • Optional forms (if applicable).

  • Can’t make copies? Let the volunteer know and copies can be made.

Terms and Conditions 

  • This site operates by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, click here.
  • Customers must remain in their vehicle at all times and wear a mask when speaking with volunteers.
  • Volunteers have the right to refuse service.
  • Customers will NOT be allowed inside the tax preparation facility for any reason.
  • Multi-family or friends in the same vehicle wanting free tax preparation must make separate appointments.
  • Review what to bring and what is required. If anything is missing you will be asked to come back when you have all required documents. You may be asked to make another appointment for that purpose.

  • All customers are required to review their completed tax return. Volunteers are not liable for errors identified on the return later by IRS based on the Volunteer Protection Act of 1997
  • If married, both spouses must be present to review your completed tax return, discuss with the volunteer, and sign the required e-Filing authorization document.
  • Your tax return is not considered complete and ready for electronic transmission until you review it and sign the required documents. 
  • You will not be alerted when your tax return has been electronically accepted. 
  • You will only be contacted should an issue occur and your tax return is rejected by the IRS.
