Community Impact Committee

Comprised of UWWC Board members and Williamson County community volunteers, the Community Impact Council (CIC) has a primary purpose to identify the best practices and programs that will address United Way of Williamson County's Community Impact Agenda as laid out in the organization's Strategic Plan.

The CIC leads the organization’s investment decisions regarding agencies, programs and initiatives that best align with the Community Impact Agenda. During the grant allocation process, the CIC ensures that evaluations and funding recommendations are aligned with the organizational strategies, metrics and goals, and the process is open, fair, transparent and equitable.

The CIC also monitors funded programs & collaboratives and establishes benchmarks of success as well as evaluates results.

The committee meets monthly.
